This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for services booked at Mumbai Diagnostic Centre. By making a booking or payment on our website, you agree to abide by the terms of this policy.
1. Cancellation Policy
Appointment Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Same-day cancellations will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

2. Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are only provided if the service was not rendered due to reasons attributable to Mumbai Diagnostic Centre (e.g., technical issues, incorrect appointment scheduling).
- No refunds will be issued once the test or service has been performed.
Refund Process:
- Submit refund requests within 7 days of the cancellation or non-performance.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after verification.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
3. Prepaid Bookings
- If cancelled 24+ hours in advance, a full refund (minus applicable fees) is provided.
- If cancelled within 24 hours, only 50% of the amount is refunded.
- No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
4. Changes to Appointments
- Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- No charges apply if the new appointment is scheduled within 14 days of the original.
5. Special Circumstances
In emergencies or exceptional cases, we reserve the right to evaluate refund requests individually. We encourage you to reach out so we can resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
